Happy Birthday Emily!
Yesterday was our little Emmy's birthday. We did a Build-A-Bear party and it was a huge success! She invited 5 of her friends to join her in the festivities. There were lots of big smiles and excited faces in the bunch.
Each party member was designated a price limit. With that price in mind, they were able to choose whatever animal they wanted to stuff and dress. It was so much fun!
Here are some pics of the party! Enjoy!
P.S. Stay tuned for this weekend's pics of Jimmy's big 30th b'day! Tomorrow's the big day! Yay!

The Reindeer Farm

While we were there she got to pet and feed the reindeer, eat a snack, make a craft and play with all her friends.
Just when she thought it couldn't get any better than that, her friend Molly asked her to come to her house and play for the rest of the day. Wow! She was too excited for words! And remember....all this without her big sister. She had a blast! Here are some pics of the reindeer farm.

Little Miss Ham!
I had to record this for others to enjoy! Granted, it may not be as entertaining to y'all as it is for me....but, whatever.
The other day while driving in the car and listening to "Let it Snow" on the radio, Peyton, my oldest started yelling, "Mom, get Emmy out of the song! She's in the song.....get her out!" I wasn't exactly sure what she meant by the comment until I turned around and saw Emily. The video above captures what I saw while in the car. It makes me laugh so hard every time I see it! I make her perform "the face" for me at least 3 times a day for me now.

Emily's Ballet Recital

Well, today was the day! Emily's Ballet Recital. She has been asking me about it for weeks now and I was finally able to tell her last night that when she woke up it would be the big day!
She did so great!
I wasn't able to take pictures or film the actual performance because they had hired a professional videographer. He was of course selling copies for the low, low price of $32 bucks a pop! I didn't bite. I brought in my video camera during the dress recital on wednesday and filmed it myself. I don't really care about filming any of the other kids, and I'm sure he didn't get the great close-ups of my beautiful little ballerina like I did.
Anyway, after the performance Jimmy went and presented her with a bouquet of blue and orange flowers (her favorite colors).
She felt so special....and rightly so, she was the best on stage. I'm not bias! Here are a few pics of Emmy's special day!
